1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Missing items in the order (must be reported within 72 hours)

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof (photos/videos) is required while raising the request

  • Return pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • Request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • Missing item is reported after 72 hours

  • Issue is based on expected results or benefits not achieved

3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Request

Email us at support@astrosankalp.com with:

  • Order details

  • Description of issue

  • Supporting images/videos

Step 2: Approval

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Step 3: Return Pickup

  • A pickup will be scheduled from your address

  • Ensure product is properly packed

Step 4: Inspection

  • Returned item will be inspected upon receipt

  • Approval is subject to quality check

4. Refund Policy

Store Credit (Primary Method)

  • Approved returns will be refunded as Store Credit (Astro Credits)

  • Credit value will be equal to the returned product amount

  • Can be used for future purchases on the platform

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Available on request

  • A processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted

  • Refund timeline depends on payment provider

Special Cases

  • Damaged/defective product → Full store credit issued

  • Partial return → Partial credit issued accordingly

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be processed after receiving the returned product

  • Dispatch is usually done within 3–5 working days after approval

6. Digital Services (Important for Your Business)

For astrology consultations and reports:

  • No refund once the service has started

  • Missed sessions or partially used services are non-refundable

  • In case of technical issues, support or rescheduling may be provided
